OUR

Achta ice cream, a real tradition in Lebanon and in the countries of the Middle East, is a milk cream prepared with orchid root, lentisk pistachio tree sap, orange blossom and rose water. It is unique in its texture and its combination of flavors. At Bältis, we serve it as a specialty, in two different ways:

Apricot sorbet, prepared with dried apricots, pine nuts, crushed pistachios, flaked almonds, walnuts and covered with orange blossom. Bältis has revisited a Lebanese dessert, the khchef, in an iced version!

Dark chocolate ice cream, combined with raisins, pine nuts, crushed pistachios and slivered almonds, all covered with arak, an anise-flavored brandy. Our version of rum raisin chocolate!
