Ice cream, a passion
It is at the back of the shop that we have set up our workshop. The flavours, from the Orient and elsewhere, worked with Jean-Thomas Schneider, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and double world ice cream and pastry champion, are obtained from a rigorous selection of organic ingredients.

A unique place
Come and discover our ice cream parlour, at 27 rue Saint Antoine, in the heart of the Marais, between Saint-Paul, Place des Vosges and the Bastille.
Bältis is also a place designed as a garden with Mediterranean and Beirut codes, reinvented by the Lebanese designer and architect Marc Baroud.
We will be happy to welcome you to enjoy an ice cream or taste our homemade drinks as well as our selection of Lebanese cookies.
